  • 0.8 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 pound broccoli florets 
  • ounce canadian bacon sliced cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • cup carrots grated
  • tablespoons milk fat-free
  • cups grape tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • ounces parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • ounces penne pasta) (tube-shaped uncooked
  • ounce roasted peppers drained cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • quarts water 
  • cup zucchini sliced

Directions

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil.
  2. Add pasta; cook 9 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli; cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add zucchini; cook 2 minutes.
  5. Drain; keep warm.
  6. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot.
  7. Add bacon, and saut 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream and milk.
  8. Combine pasta mixture, tomato, and next 3 ingredients.
  9. Add bacon mixture; toss well.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Serve chilled.
