  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • medium size plum tomatoes 
  • teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Scoop out and discard pulp, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
  2. Place, cut side up, in a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir together cheese and next 5 ingredients; spoon over tomato.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
