  • 15 oz pumpkin canned
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 3.4 oz jell-o vanilla flavor pudding instant
  • 1.8 cups milk cold
  • 0.5 cup autumn spiced nuts 
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • tsp vanilla 
  • 42  vanilla wafers divided
  • cups cool whip whipped topping divided thawed

Directions

  1. Arrange 32 wafers on bottom and up side of 2-1/2-qt. serving bowl. Beat cream cheese and pumpkin in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Add vanilla and pumpkin pie spice; mix well.
  3. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  4. Let stand 5 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
  5. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well.
  6. Spoon half the pudding mixture into prepared bowl; cover with layers of remaining wafers and remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  7. Top dessert with Autumn Spiced Nuts just before serving.
