Ingredients

  •  gingersnap cookies chopped
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar light packed
  • 30.5 oz pears in heavy syrup dry drained canned
  • tablespoons butter unsalted cut into small pieces
  • 0.3 cup walnut pieces chopped
