  • tsp lemon zest 
  • cup milk cold
  • cup raspberries fresh
  • 0.3 cup raspberry preserves 
  • cups cool whip whipped topping divided thawed

Directions

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  2. Spread preserves onto bottom of crust; cover with pudding mixture. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and raspberries.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
