Ingredients

  • 1.5 teaspoons ancho chili powder 
  • tablespoons jalapeno finely chopped
  • large eggs 
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  spring onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise best foods®
  • teaspoons hot sauce hot

Directions

  1. Arrange eggs in 2-quart saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Remove from heat and let stand covered 15 minutes; drain. Cover eggs with cold water and let stand an additional 5 minutes; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper.
  4. Peel eggs. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise mixture until smooth.
  5. Spoon mixture into egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle, if desired, with additional chili powder and top with cilantro.
