  • 0.3 cup alfalfa sprouts 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 16 slices cucumber thin
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • pound ground turkey breast 
  • 0.3 cup pepper jelly red
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • ounces cream cheese light tub-style
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup quick-cooking oats 
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red finely chopped
  • 6.4 ounce hamburger buns light whole wheat

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add turkey patties; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each with 1 tablespoon each of cream cheese and jelly, 4 cucumber slices, and 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprouts. Top with top halves of buns.
