  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • cup water 
  • 0.8 cup cool whip whipped topping thawed
  • pkg duncan hines classic decadent cake mix white (2-layer size)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Place rhubarb in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar, then dry gelatin mix.
  3. Beat cake mix, water and butter with whisk until blended; pour over rhubarb.
  4. Spread to completely cover rhubarb.
  5. Bake 45 min. or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.
