- 2 tsp basil leaves dried
- 1 Tbsp juice of lemon
- 0.3 cup real mayo mayonnaise kraft
- 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
- 1 cup ritz crackers crushed finely
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless

Directions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix mayo and lemon juice in medium bowl.
- Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and basil in separate bowl.
- DIP chicken, 1 breast at a time, in mayo mixture, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min. or until done (165F).
