Ingredients

  • 16 ounce bread loaf italian cut in half lengthwise
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons horseradish prepared
  •  to 3 jalapeño peppers diced seeded
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded with peppers
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cups pan drippings from roast beef preferably shredded cooked chopped
  • 12 ounce roasted bell peppers red drained chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

  • oven

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients; spread evenly over cut sides of each bread half. Top with bell peppers; sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  5. Cut into slices, and serve immediately.
