Ingredients

  • 4.5 ounce chilis green drained chopped canned
  • 8-inch flour tortilla ()
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • ounces queso fresco crumbled
  • 16 ounce refried beans fat-free canned
  • 2.5 cups roasted shredded boneless skinless
  • 0.5 cup salsa verde green

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 50
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup beans down center of each tortilla. Top each tortilla with 2/3 cup chicken mixture; roll up.
  4. Place rolls, seam sides down, on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat tops of chimichangas with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 500 for 7 minutes.
  6. Serve with salsa.
