  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • teaspoons tarragon fresh chopped
  • teaspoons thyme sprigs fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 
  • ounce parmesan fresh grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Place cauliflower in a large roasting pan or jelly-roll pan.
  3. Drizzle with oil; toss well to coat.
  4. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring every 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, tarragon, and garlic.
  6. Bake 5 minutes.
