Ingredients

  • 1.8 ounce arugula 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 1.5 tablespoons pinenuts 
  • cup preshredded pizza cheese blend 
  • 0.3 cup onion red thinly sliced
  • 10.5 ounce pizza dough refrigerated
  • ounce roasted bell pepper red drained
  • tablespoon cornmeal yellow

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cornmeal onto a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough onto prepared baking sheet, and stretch sides gently into an 11 x 15-inch rectangle.
  3. Bake at 425 for 7 minutes.
  4. Remove crust from oven.
  5. Layer red pepper strips and arugula over crust.
  6. Sprinkle with pine nuts, red onion, and crushed red pepper.
  7. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes; sprinkle with cheese, and bake 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Cut into 8 pieces.
