Ingredients

  • tablespoon butter melted
  •  chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/ness boneless skinless
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil leaves dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon tarragon dried
  • 0.3 cup bread crumbs dry
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 0.3 pound ham sliced thin
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika 
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 pound swiss cheese sliced

Equipment

  • toothpicks
  • microwave

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts on a pan.
  2. Place Swiss cheese and ham slices on top and roll up, securing with toothpicks if necessary. In a small bowl combine the Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic salt, tarragon, basil and bread crumbs.
  3. Mix together and dip rollups in mixture to coat.
  4. Drizzle with melted butter and cook on High in microwave for 4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
