  • cups black beans rinsed cooked drained well
  • 0.5 teaspoon creole seasoning to taste
  • cups ears corn fresh frozen
  • cloves garlic pressed
  • 0.5 cup onion red minced
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt to taste (or )
  • 1.5 tablespoon all the tabasco sauce you handle to taste
  • tablespoons water 
  •  bell pepper diced yellow seeded
