  • cans salmon canned
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • teaspoon basil dried
  • 12  eggs beaten
  • 10 ounces spinach frozen thawed drained chopped
  • pint nonfat cottage cheese 
  • cups swiss cheese shredded
