  • teaspoon five spice powder chinese
  • pound broccoli florets cut in half
  • small carrots peeled cut into matchstick-sized pieces
  • teaspoon paprika 
  • teaspoons pepper black finely
  • teaspoon pepper red crushed to taste
  • tablespoon sea salt flaked
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless trimmed cut into quarters
  • tablespoon vegetable oil
