  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 15  caramels 
  • oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon milk 
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 16 oz powdered sugar 
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
