  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • cup powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt fine
  • 12 tablespoons butter unsalted at room temperature ()
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • tablespoons water

Directions
