  • large eggs 
  • 12 oz sausage meat reduced-fat
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded 2% reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Brown sausage in a 10-inch ovenproof nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain and transfer to a bowl. Wipe skillet clean.
  3. Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingredients until well blended.
  4. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; remove from heat, and pour half of egg mixture into skillet.
  5. Sprinkle with cooked sausage and cheese. Top with remaining egg mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 23 to 25 minutes or until set.
