  • 20 ounces condensed cream of potato soup undiluted canned
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.8 cup milk 2%
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and pepper; stir in sausage mixture.
  2. Transfer to a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
