  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoons breadcrumbs dry
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • pounds littleneck clams 
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • tablespoons oregano fresh chopped
  • ounces preshredded parmesan cheese fresh

Directions

  1. Combine clams, lemon juice, and pepper in a large nonstick skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until shells open. Discard any unopened shells.
  2. While clams cook, combine cheese and next 4 ingredients (through parsley) in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Transfer clam mixture to a large bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese mixture, and drizzle with oil.
