Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter divided
  • 0.5 cup round buttery crackers crushed
  • oz cream cheese softened
  • teaspoons chives dried
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  •  potatoes diced peeled
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • 0.7 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain. Beat potatoes, milk, seasoned salt and 2 tablespoons butter in a mixing bowl until fluffy.
  2. Mix in sour cream, cream cheese and chives.
  3. Pour into greased 13"x9" baking pan.
  4. Combine remaining one tablespoon of butter with crushed cracker crumbs; sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese during last 10 minutes of baking time.
