  • 0.5 cup fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  • 1.5 cups spring onion thinly sliced ( 1 bunch)
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce hot (such as Tabasco)
  • tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons sesame seed divided
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti uncooked

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons cooking liquid.
  3. Combine broth, peanut butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, and next 5 ingredients (through hot pepper sauce).
  4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken with salt.
  6. Add chicken to pan; saut 3 minutes.
