  • 1.5 cups unseasoned bread cubes soft
  • ounce cream cheese cubed
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • small onion chopped
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 pound shrimp deveined cooked peeled coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and next 3 ingredients; cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in vegetable mixture, shrimp, and next 3 ingredients.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
