  • 15 oz black beans drained canned
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • 0.5 tsp pepper red crushed
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian divided kraft
  • cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  •  onion chopped
  • lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled
  • 0.5 lb pasta like spaghetti uncooked

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in shrimp, beans and crushed pepper; cover. Cook 5 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain spaghetti.
  4. Add to shrimp mixture with remaining dressing, cheese and cilantro; mix lightly.
