  • lb asparagus trimmed
  • medium bell pepper red cut into thin bite-sized strips
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise light
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • oz shrimp shelled deveined cooked
  •  hardboiled eggs quartered
