  • Tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce canned finely chopped
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • lb fettuccine barilla uncooked
  • cup milk 
  • 0.8 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 1.5 lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, including remaining butter, to skillet; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. Stir in shrimp.
  6. Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  7. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
