Ingredients
- 0.5 cup cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 cucumber peeled seeded sliced quartered
- 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft
- 0.3 cup planters roasted peanuts dry chopped
- 2 cups rotini pasta uncooked
- 1 serrano chile finely chopped
- 1 lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled
- 2 tsp lite soy sauce

Directions
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix dressing and soy sauce in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp; cook 8 to 10 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
- Drain pasta; rinse, then drain again.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add shrimp and all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix lightly.
- Top with cheese.
