Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  •  cucumber peeled seeded sliced quartered
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 0.3 cup planters roasted peanuts dry chopped
  • cups rotini pasta uncooked
  •  serrano chile finely chopped
  • lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled
  • tsp lite soy sauce

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix dressing and soy sauce in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp; cook 8 to 10 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  3. Drain pasta; rinse, then drain again.
  4. Place in large bowl.
  5. Add shrimp and all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix lightly.
  6. Top with cheese.
