  • ounce baby spinach fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons butter 
  • teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • ounces fettuccine barilla uncooked
  • tablespoon garlic fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain well; set aside, and keep warm.
  3. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add shrimp, garlic, and crushed red pepper; cook 4 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and spinach; cook for 3 minutes or until spinach starts to wilt, stirring to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
