  • 8-inch flour tortillas ()
  • 0.1 tsp ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • tsp oil 
  • 0.3 cup salsa fresh
  • 0.3 lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled

Directions

  1. Heat panini grill.
  2. Heat oil in small skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and red pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Top 1 tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese, shrimp, salsa and avocados; cover with remaining cheese and tortilla.
  5. Grill 4 min. or until golden brown.
  6. Cut into wedges.
