  • 14 oz canned tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • 0.5 tsp basil leaves dried
  • 0.5 lb multi-grain spaghetti uncooked
  • 0.5 tsp oregano leaves dried
  • 0.5 cup milk mozzarella cheese shredded 2% kraft
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 0.3 cup shake 'n bake chicken coating mix ()

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, mix tomatoes and herbs.
  4. Top chicken with tomato mixture and cheese.
  5. Bake 15 min. or until chicken is done (165F). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  6. Drain spaghetti.
  7. Serve with chicken.
