  • oz philadelphia cream cheese spread 
  • cups extra wide egg noodles hot cooked
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • Tbsp milk 
  • tsp olive oil 
  • cup onion thin
  • 0.3 tsp paprika 
  •  pasilla peppers red cut into thin strips, then cut crosswise in half
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min.
  3. Add vegetables; cook 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Mix cream cheese spread and milk until blended.
  5. Add to skillet with paprika; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
  6. Serve over noodles; top with parsley.
