  •  bell pepper diced
  •  bell pepper diced
  • 0.3 tsp pepper black
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 
  • tablespoon pepperoncini pepper juice 
  • slices optional: lemon with peel - cut in half
  • 0.5  onion sliced thin
  • tsp oregano dried
  • 0.3 tsp pepper red
  • tsp salt 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • 0.8 cup vinegar 
  • cups zucchini diced

  1. Combine all of the ingredients the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a cup and stir, adjust the ingredients to taste.
