Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb fat-trimmed beef flank steak boneless ()
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 10.5 oz campbell's® condensed onion soup french canned
  • oz mushrooms fresh sliced (3 cups)
  • large onion separated sliced
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • oz bread stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Cut beef into 6 serving-size pieces. In cooker, layer half each of the beef, mushrooms and onion; repeat layers.
  3. Pour soup over top.
  4. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
  5. In medium bowl, mix stuffing mix, butter and 1/2 cup liquid from slow cooker; toss to mix.
  6. Place stuffing on top of mixture in cooker. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 10 minutes longer or until stuffing is fluffy.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook until cheese is melted.
