  • cups elbow macaroni 
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • cup onion chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika 
  • pounds round steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Combine steak and onion in a slow cooker.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic salt, and black pepper together in a bowl; pour over steak and onion. Stir the mixture to coat beef with flour mixture.
  3. Add tomatoes and bay leaf.
  4. Cook on Low until steak is completely tender, 8 to 10 hours.
  5. Remove and discard bay leaf. Stir sour cream through the mixture. Switch slow cooker to High and cook until hot, about 15 minutes.
