  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 0.3 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.5 cup cranberries 
  • 2.3 lb pork loin boneless
  • teaspoons lawry's seasoned salt 
  • cups pepperidge farm sage and onion stuffing stuffing (16-oz size)
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried sweetened
  • cup water

Directions

  1. Place pork chops in large resealable food-storage plastic bag.
  2. Add seasoned salt; shake bag to coat pork.
  3. Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix remaining ingredients except cranberry relish. Arrange pork chops on stuffing mixture.
  4. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Serve pork and stuffing with cranberry relish.
