  • 0.5 cup beef broth 
  • lb beef chuck steak boneless cut into 4 pieces
  • 14 oz canned tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • 0.3 cup flour 
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 cup 1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • cups potatoes hot mashed
  • 0.5 cup swiss cheese shredded kraft
  • 0.3 cup tomato paste

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, coat meat with flour; gently shake off excess flour.
  2. Add meat to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Combine tomato paste, tomatoes and broth in slow cooker.
  5. Add meat and peppers; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  6. Serve meat mixture over potatoes; top with cheese.
