Ingredients

  • teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoon capers with brine)
  • tablespoon celery salt 
  •  celery stalks with leaves
  •  celery stalks cleaned trimmed
  • tablespoons horseradish fresh canned grated (bottled or , not )
  •  juice of lemon whole
  • slice lime 
  •  olives 
  • pinch pepper dried red italian ( pepper flake)
  • large shallots 
  • dashes all the tabasco sauce you handle 
  • serving sacremento tomato juice canned
  • serving vodka to taste
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In juicer, add celery, shallot, horseradish, and capers.Put juiced mixture in quart container (optional: strain through chinois).
  2. Add worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, celery salt, black pepper, and peperoncino.Fill container with Sacramento Canned Tomato Juice.
  3. Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
  4. Pour mixture over ice into a highball glass.
  5. Add vodka to taste.
  6. Garnish with skewered lime slice and olive, and a cleaned and trimmed celery stick.
