  • 10 servings cheddar cheese shredded sour chopped
  • 10 servings chili powder to taste
  • pounds ground beef 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • cups onion chopped
  • 10 servings hot sauce hot to taste
  • tablespoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • oz canned tomatoes canned
  • cups tomato sauce canned
  • cups water 
  • 0.3 cup worcestershire sauce

  2. Reduce heat; simmer for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
