  • 28 ounce canned tomatoes whole peeled undrained chopped canned
  • ounce onion soup mix dry
  • pound ground beef lean
  • cups macaroni 
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • cups water

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no pink shows; drain.
  2. Stir in onion soup mix, oregano, tomatoes and water. Bring to boil; stir in macaroni. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  3. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and top with Mozzarella cheese.
