Ingredients

  • tablespoon fish sauce 
  • pound flank steak trimmed
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons sriracha such as huy fong) hot
  • tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add steak; seal and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  6. Remove steak from grill; sprinkle with salt.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Cut across grain into thin slices.
