  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  •  boston lettuce leaves 
  • 0.3 teaspoon chipotle chili powder 
  • pound ground sirloin 90% lean
  • ounce hamburger buns toasted
  • 2.7 ounce monterrey jack cheese with jalapeño peppers
  • 0.3 cup salsa fresh refrigerated divided
  • 0.4 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup shallots finely chopped
