Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • 0.3 cup cornmeal 
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • oz chilis green drained chopped canned
  • tablespoons beef broth 
  • cup black beans rinsed drained (from 15-oz can)
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • small tomatoes seeded chopped
  • serving salsa 
  • serving cream sour reduced-fat
  • serving guacamole

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In small bowl, stir Bisquick® mix, cornmeal, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the chiles thoroughly. Stir in broth.
  3. Spread mixture in 7-inch circle on cookie sheet.
  4. Mix beans and cilantro; spoon over cornmeal mixture to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  6. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until edge is golden brown. Arrange tomatoes around edge of tart.
  7. Cut into wedges; serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
