  • cup broccoli florets 
  • 2.5 ounces ham diced low-sodium
  • teaspoons parmesan cheese grated
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti uncooked

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water 9 minutes, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Add broccoli; cook 1 minute.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Combine Alfredo sauce and ham in a small saucepan. Cook 2 minutes or until hot.
  5. Add spaghetti mixture and pepper, and cook until thoroughly heated.
  6. Sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon cheese.
