  • Tablespoons cornstarch

  • 0.5 cup milk 2% (I used )
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  bell pepper diced red
  •  chicken breast boneless skinless cooked cut into bite-size pieces
  •  onion diced sweet
  •  tomatoes chopped
