Ingredients

  • oz spinach frozen chopped
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup curd cottage cheese 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • box hawaiian rolls 
  • cups water hot

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Rinse spinach with cold water to separate; drain thoroughly. In small bowl, mix mozzarella, cottage and Parmesan cheeses.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and garlic over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
  3. In ungreased 2-quart casserole or 11x7-inch glass baking dish, mix beef mixture, spinach, uncooked Pasta, Sauce
  4. Mix and hot water. Spoon cheese mixture evenly over top.
  5. Bake uncovered 40 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and sauce is bubbly.
