  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped for garnish

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • pounds potatoes peeled quartered
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes, cauliflower, garlic and carrots. Cook until potatoes are tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add the milk, butter, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
