- 1 large carrots chopped
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 tablespoon parsley fresh chopped for garnish
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
- 5 pounds potatoes peeled quartered

- 0.5 cup skim milk
