Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter 
  • 2.5 tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
  • small garlic clove pressed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin (scant)
  • 1.5 teaspoons juice of lemon fresh
  • pound pd of lobster 
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika smoked spanish hot

Directions

  1. Add enough water to very large pot to reach depth of 2 inches. Cover; bring to boil.
  2. Add lobsters head first, cover, and steam until shells are pink and lobsters are cooked through, about 12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in small skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt. Divide between 2 small bowls.
  5. Serve lobsters with charmoula butter.
