Ingredients

  • 10.8 ounce campbell's® condensed cream of chicken soup healthy request® canned
  • cups extra wide egg noodles hot cooked
  • cups mushrooms sliced
  • medium onion chopped
  • servings paprika 
  • 0.5 cup nonfat yogurt plain
  • pound chicken breast boneless skinless cut into strips
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat half the oil in skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Add remaining oil.
  5. Add mushrooms and onion and cook until tender.
  6. Add soup, yogurt and water.
  7. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet and heat through.
  8. Serve over noodles.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
